The EOS Labs Process


  • Phase 1

    The first step on the road to optimal efficiency is to gather necessary utility data and set up the UFIQTM system so that it is perfectly tailored to fit a building manager’s business goals.

  • Phase 2

    In phase 2, our energy experts analyze the data collected to determine waste patterns and suggest improvement to current operations.

    This empowers customers to implement recommendations and adjust their existing operations to maximize efficiency. At this stage, customers can verify the savings and financial impact of the data collected in phase 1.

  • Phase 3

    The final phase in reaching optimal efficiency is ongoing regular maintenace. The UFIQTM system will continue to analyze new utility data to identify new saving opportunities with financial significance and verify the savings impact.

    This provides building managers with the tools and information needed to take informed action and correct any anomalies.
